Group sessions of guided breathwork and somatic pulsation, drawn from the Reich tradition of body work.
Breath is the entry. The way we breathe shapes what we feel, and what we allow ourselves to feel. In these sessions, guided breathing opens the body slowly, and space is made for what the body has been holding to move.
Pulsation is the deeper layer. Life energy moves through the body in waves, and those waves can get held back over time. Somatic pulsation is a practice of returning to that natural rhythm, letting the body find its own movement again.
No prior experience needed. What is asked is a willingness to arrive in the body and to trust what happens there.
Breath and Pulsation draws on decades of body-based inner work, developed and practised in traditions of somatic release around the world. It sits alongside meditation and tantra as one of the older ways of returning to the body.
The practice is a space where the body is given permission to move, to feel, and to let go of what it no longer needs to hold. What emerges is different for each person, and each session.
Group sessions run ninety minutes of guided breath, movement, catharsis, and stillness.
Private sessions are one-on-one. They can include breath, embodiment work, and conscious touch. A deeper somatic form of the same practice, held with care, consent, and precision.
Choose the session that fits.
